My fiancé and I have had excellent interactions with the ladies at the Rice Lake Wisconsin office. We have had 4 loans with them. The ladies at this office have excellent customer service. Yes the interest rates are a little high but that is the only downside. The application process was fast and if there was ever an issue the ladies were quick to help resolve the issues and give great financial advice.
