Bought an alarm clock from Heimvision to give to someone on Easter April 4th and was told it would arrive in 3-7 business days. For one thing they gave me a tracking number and said it was for DHL Express but instead worked on UPS. Secondly, their customer support kept claiming my package was coming and extending the due date it would arrive. On the 24th of March and I was told it was in transit but now its the 14th of April and they've just told me its still in a the warehouse just being put on a flight now. They've said that the delays are just because of Covid but the amount of wrong information (or lies) they have told me so far is worrying. I don't know for sure if this company is a scam or not, I will update if they actually do give me a refund because I just asked for one. It's way past Easter anyway so theres no point in them even shipping my package if they do ever decide to ship it (The delivery date they gave me originally had plenty of time for it to arrive in time even with some delays). My advice for now though? Do not buy anything from this company, they seem really sketchy.PS: They did refund me half of the shipping cost for delays but I'm not sure they've even shipped my orderEDIT: They did refund me but I still had a pretty terrible experience with their customer support and I never got the product a month after order. I'm going to change my review from 1 to 2 stars but I still really don't recommend buying from this company.
