I have two HM311 security cameras. In both, I tried to use an SD card for recording, which worked merely for a month then quit working. Tried everything - deleting footage, resetting cameras, resetting app. Even new SD cards. Nope, guess you gotta pay for their cloud storage services now. Pretty sure that was planned from the start. Oh well, so I paid for cloud storage. I'd still give three stars if that's how the story ended. But... Then I decided to cancel my subscription. The cloud storage ended immediately upon canceling, but they would not/could not cancel the recurring billing charges. Eventually I had to cancel the credit card and dispute the charges. What a hassle! Horrible company. It's a trap.
