I received an item of inadequate quality, which can happen. However, throughout our communication, I consistently signed my emails with my name, yet they repeatedly referred to me incorrectly in their replies. Even after I pointed this out, they still used the wrong name in the following email. This felt quite discourteous and disrespectful, as if it were intentional.
