I really like that I can pay a monthly fee and not have to worry if I download them onto my computer and having it crash. Fast! I sent the box on a Sunday and had an email that items were ready in a few days. I sent a blank tape by mistake and they tried 3 times just to make sure it was blank. Good communication too!
