I purchased two boxes of hair color shampoo. Right from the start, my order was missing the brush they advertised. Not a great beginning. I followed their instructions precisely, but the color barely covered my white hair. I tried it again with the same disappointing results. Since I’d only used one box twice and was still within their 'guarantee,' I requested a refund. It turned into an extensive back-and-forth with numerous questions about my usage and requests for before/after photos. I provided everything they asked. Then they tried to persuade me to try a different color—why would I, when the first one didn't even work? They eventually approved a refund but insisted I cover return shipping. Their reasoning was that the unopened box 'doesn’t qualify as ineffective,' treating it as buyer's remorse. Meanwhile, they cover return shipping for the used product. Their logic is flawed, their guarantee is misleading, and the entire process feels questionable. Bottom line: the product failed to deliver, and the customer service was a hassle. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
