My order received yesterday and I was so eagrly waiting for it hence I tried it immediately.
I read the instructions and applied it,left it on for 20 minutes for a medium brown colour but NOT even one single strand on my grey hair was covered!!! My scalp was literally burning in the last ten minutes and even after I washed it off!
I wrote to customer service an requested a refund and awaiting to hear from them
One of the top products I've tried, as I dislike using many items with overpowering chemical scents, particularly around my moustache and beard. While the color result wasn't perfect, I was pleasantly surprised by how natural it looked with this brand.
I ordered the product in a blonde shade and followed the instructions, leaving it on for 5 minutes. Now, I have grey roots just like before, and the rest of my hair, which was white/blonde, has turned an alarming greenish-yellow. After washing it a second time, I'm horrified by how it looks. I will need to find a hairstylist to fix this awful situation. Be cautious about the results you may get.

I purchased two boxes of hair color shampoo. Right from the start, my order was missing the brush they advertised. Not a great beginning. I followed their instructions precisely, but the color barely covered my white hair. I tried it again with the same disappointing results. Since I’d only used one box twice and was still within their 'guarantee,' I requested a refund. It turned into an extensive back-and-forth with numerous questions about my usage and requests for before/after photos. I provided everything they asked. Then they tried to persuade me to try a different color—why would I, when the first one didn't even work? They eventually approved a refund but insisted I cover return shipping. Their reasoning was that the unopened box 'doesn’t qualify as ineffective,' treating it as buyer's remorse. Meanwhile, they cover return shipping for the used product. Their logic is flawed, their guarantee is misleading, and the entire process feels questionable. Bottom line: the product failed to deliver, and the customer service was a hassle. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
