If I could give this product a 0 star rating, I would. I purchased the blonde shade, believing in the 100% risk-free money-back guarantee as advertised. I decided to return it for a refund since I didn’t like the color. They offered only a goodwill refund of 40% and required me to pay for return shipping. They claimed it met their expectations because it changed my hair color, but it did not meet mine at all. Their guarantee is misleading. If I had known, I never would have tried it; it’s not cheap. Buyer beware, especially for the blonde shade. UPDATE: They offered me a full refund if I remove my review! Have other negative reviews been silenced with similar offers?
