I ordered the product in a blonde shade and followed the instructions, leaving it on for 5 minutes. Now, I have grey roots just like before, and the rest of my hair, which was white/blonde, has turned an alarming greenish-yellow. After washing it a second time, I'm horrified by how it looks.
