I bought this product based on the good reviews here,but please please please don't get fooled by these reviews!
My order received yesterday and I was so eagrly waiting for it hence I tried it immediately.
I read the instructions and applied it,left it on for 20 minutes for a medium brown colour but NOT even one single strand on my grey hair was covered!!! My scalp was literally burning in the last ten minutes and even after I washed it off!
I wrote to customer service an requested a refund and awaiting to hear from them
