Completed my practical training and assessment over the two days culminating in successful examination. Andrew was my instructor/assessor. Having very little experience in drone flying, Andrew was great at putting me at ease with his personable manner and patience. Thoroughly enjoyable experience, thanks Andrew.
I’ve just completed and passed my A2 CofC and GVC with Heliguy and I can’t recommend this training provider highly enough. Heliguy training has been a great learning experience with an excellent online course. Thank you to the team members who helped and supported me with any questions I had (I’m sorry I’ve not remembered your names). For the names a have remembered… A big thanks goes to Ryan, who carefully reviewed my planning documentation and lengthy PDRA01 operations manual. His attention to detail and support behind the scenes made the process so much smoother and gave me real confidence heading into the assessment. However, the real star of the show was Lois, my flight assessment assessor/coordinator. From the moment I arrived she was welcoming, approachable and instantly put me at ease. What could have been a nerve racking day turned into something genuinely enjoyable thanks to her calm, friendly manner. Her professionalism and depth of knowledge around drones, aviation law and systems is second to none — she even went the extra mile to show me features I hadn’t yet discovered. That kind of passion and expertise really stood out.Honestly, if you get Lois as your assessor, you’ve basically won the lottery. She’s the perfect blend of professional and approachable and she turned what I expected to be a stressful test into a positive, confidence building experience. She’s a huge credit to the organisation and deserves every bit of praise. Without doubt, a 5-star experience from online training, learning modules, exams all the way to flight assessment!Thank you ALL very much.
Lois was my flight assessor today. She made me feel welcome and put me at ease on what was set to be an otherwise nerve wracking experience. I sent off my drone controller to be repaired, Heliguy informed me that this had to be sent to Dji then to be resolved. i then occurred £15 postage charge to return my controller. very disappointed with the service and would advise anybody wanting a repair to go elsewhere.
I completed my GVC training and passed with Heliguy under the instruction of Tom. I had very little practical experience with Drones so was a bit worried on how it would all go. I now feel confident in flying Drones in the future, Heliguy are very professional and patient I would recommend them 100%.
