As another review has said, Helikon-Tex are defrauding their UK customers. On checkout they charge you 23% VAT, and when your order arrives in the UK, they require you to pay a further 20% + handling fees to UPS. This 20% tax is on top of the fake 23% tax they have already charged you. Having spoken to HMRC about this, it seems that Helikon-Tex are defrauding their UK customers, pocketing the fake 23% tax they charge you on check-out (this isn't going to the Polish govt as international orders are zero-rated) and leaving you with a further real 20% VAT charge before you can receive your goods. No one needs to pay tax twice - do not buy from these clowns.
