I’ve seen a few users say that the support team and my experience couldn’t be further from that. I’ve been using Helikon products for well over 7 years and all I’ve been is pleasantly surprised. Pleasantly surprised on the price to performance of the products, pleasantly surprised of the helpfulness of the support team and so on. I’ve never really had an problems the products until last month I fell off a cliff and broke a plastic buckle off my Raccon mk2. Contacted support and they just sent me a new buckle immediately. I only hope they stay consistent throughout the years and I’ll forever be a proud Helikon Tex user.
