Katy’s yoga flows were a highlight…grounding yet energising and beautifully delivered. Matt captured moments effortlessly while bringing a lightness and positivity to the group and Amanda’s encouragement on the hike to Sugarloaf Mountain made pushing beyond comfort feel achievable and empowering. Each team member contributes in their own way to making the experience feel supportive and uplifting.After four retreats, I can honestly say Helios has a certain magic. It’s not just about the destination of the trip, it’s about the people, the perspective and the growth you take home with you.
