The ordering process with our helix mattress was fine and the timelines clearly stated on their website for delivery and White glove service are in accurate. We are now at 21 business days until we will receive our mattress. So we paid for a service that isn’t actually white glove. I cannot speak for the mattress itself because it still hasn’t arrived.
