I made a purchase nearly 6 days ago, and I haven't received any notification about my shipment—it's still labeled as "preparing." I should have researched better. This is completely absurd. I've tried reaching out through various methods—phone, text, and email—but received no replies. Ironically, they keep sending me promotional messages as if I would consider buying from them again, knowing they won't fulfill my order. I really should have done my homework; it would have taken just one inquiry.
