I placed an order nearly 6 days ago and have not received any email updates—it remains in "preparing" status. I should have done my homework. This situation is utterly ridiculous. I've tried contacting them through multiple platforms, including phone, text, and email, but have received no response. Ironically, they continue to send me advertisements as if I would consider buying from them again, knowing they won't fulfill my order. I should have conducted my research; it would have taken just one inquiry.

Delivery took too long

I ordered on 12/12/2025, and it arrived on 12/24/2025. The product had a few clean stems, but the potency was quite weak. I've experienced better quality for less money. It came in airtight foil pouches (I ordered two).

First-time buyers had a great experience
