Hellcase PR staff wrote a pathetic reply here, asking me to contact support to resolve this. I followed their instructions and contacted them (Request #529545).
The IMMEDIATE response in private chat from agent Tyler was: "Unfortunately, I am not able to provide you with additional help concerning this request."
They publicly lie to make their 1-star ratings look manageable, but privately they continue their predatory practices. They didn't even try to help. This is malicious deception. Absolute scammers.
