This site is designed to take your money before you ever get anything back. There is basically no realistic chance to make a profit – the odds and pricing are completely against the user.
If you plan to withdraw skins, check the prices very carefully. The listed values are not accurate at all. In some cases, Field-Tested items are more expensive than Factory New, which makes absolutely no sense and shows how manipulated the pricing is.
Overall a very misleading experience. Looks good on the surface, but the system is built so the user loses. I would not recommend it to anyone who actually cares about the value of their money or items.
Site let me win pretty consistently. I would be able to play for hours. Not be necessarily profiting. Then boom 2k gone within a few hours with no wins in site when I should have exactly a 25% win rate. Probably fair is trash and fake. The back door switch is pretty blatant. Beware and don’t spend your hard earned dollars here they will just take and take and take. Blame it on an addiction sure but what I just went through felt EXTREMELY criminal
i dont know man what to say i did som crazy upgrades and now i have a desert hydra battle scared i've tried over 5 hours to withdraw it and send it to my inventory but its not in stock.
Every 15 minutes it says "trade processing" than just sends me to the exchange list where the support said all the skins on there is in stock and can be insta withdraw which the lied about because i tried and it did not work but it was som other skins.
Anyway now i have a battle scared awp desert hydra that i cant withdraw and i dont know man it feels so weird.
i will update if i can withdraw this tomorrow or next week if i cant its probaly a scam.
i mean i have made withdraws on ak neon rider and a gut knife before but they were around 150-300$ max this item is 1592$ on the site the awp desert hydra.
i just hope that i will be avaiable to withdraw this man.
EDIT: i have still not been avaiable to take this skin and i asked them if i can exchange but the skins in the exchange menu is still not in stockand then dont wanna answer it really really sad to see this they only take take take never give.
i will make an update on this week until sunday if i've been avaiable to take this shit out if not please never deposit your money in here.

You put a lot of money in there and when they finally drop you a better skin, they don't have it in stock, I've already exchanged the item 3 times but they don't have any of the selected skins, they basically offer pictures of skins for a lot of money. The worst thing is that you can't even withdraw the money, so you have a blocked skin that you paid a lot of money for and you can just look at the picture. I won't put a cent into this scam anymore
I have won a few items from Hellcase and was able to receive them without any complications. At first I had trobule with with draw but the support system was excellent, fast, and helpful. The twitter giveways are a great way to give back to CS community. Overall, very happy with my experience with Hellcase.

Fraudsters automatically sold my valuable skins, and they prevented me from withdrawing them. It's completely unacceptable. Whatever you do, avoid depositing any money with these scammers. They clearly don't care about your experience, no matter how long you've been involved.
