Instead of owning their mistakes and making things right, they've chosen to attack the messenger and deny any wrongdoing. Their attempt to silence me by demanding I remove this review is a laughable act of corporate cowardice. To any property owners considering this agency, beware: you are entrusting your business to a team of incompetent amateurs who will take your money while leaving you with nothing but disappointment and frustration. They will mismanage your property, mess up rent payments, and leave you to deal with the fallout. And when you voice your concerns, they will blame everyone but themselves. I demand a refund for the fees I've paid for undelivered services and immediate resolution of the outstanding rent issues. Anything less would be a continuation of their unacceptable service.
