Instead of owning their errors and making things right, they have opted to attack the messenger and refuse any wrongdoing. Their attempt to silence me by requesting the removal of this review is a ridiculous display of corporate cowardice. To any property owners considering this agency, heed this warning: you are entrusting your business to a group of clumsy amateurs who will take your money while providing nothing but disappointment and hassle. They will mismanage your property, mishandle rent payments, and leave you to sort out the mess. And when you voice your concerns, they'll find someone else to blame. I demand a refund for the fees paid for unfulfilled services and immediate rectification of the outstanding rent issues. Anything less would continue the agency's unacceptable service.
