They don't accept Medicare or Medicaid and found them as very condescending just looking to get paid. The website is outdated and also when you sign up for SMS and email notifications they never come. You have to log in to see whats going on.
Would not renew my prescription unless I recieved pelvic scan. I explained I was only renewing my script for estradiol but they refused. They also refused a refund for my subscription, and requested I cancel my dispute with my cc. Which of course I did not.
A consistently positive experience with their providers across a variety of needs. I have recommended their services to friends that are also pleased with their experiences.The only less than positive interaction I've had was attempting to reach out to them to ask a general question not related to a current "visit" - it is extremely difficult to get in touch with them outside of a specific service being provided, and I did not receive a response to the e-mail I sent through their system - the only way I found to attempt contact.
