Worst customer experience ever with any kind of service provider I have experienced! Waiting for a reply to an email takes on average a month, and if I get a reply the answers are so vague and not at all what I was asking about. Why I'm contacting them only via email? Because that's the only option they provide to talk to them.
Been wanting to subscribe to a health coverage plan for 2 months already and their support has not been capable to answer 3 simple questions before I commit to do so.

Subscription scam and useless! There is no button to cancel yearly subscription and it just renews. Apparently, one is supposed to send them an email to cancel that crap, and even after that they don't just do it, they ask you to confirm again. As to services - absolutely useless. I really doubt people who answer chat have adequate experience. Their reply is basically to wait and watch every time. Had to refer to my family doctor after "consulting" with them several time to receive adequate medical advice.
