Beware, beware, beware. AYA hides deep in their pages of the lease that they will charge outrages fees if you don't give them 60 days notice for leaving. They charged over $3,300 when we gave them 55 days notice. Their management said they would only charge for the 5 days shy of the 60 days. They hid the truth.
Isabell guided me through the process and presented several options that fit my budget and preferences. I haven’t visited the apartment yet, but the initial steps were easy and smooth. One thing to keep in mind is that AYA requires a guarantor for all international tenants, no matter the income level - this is something I hadn’t encountered with similar companies before. Thank you!
