We had a minor problem with the dressing table I bought for my Granddaughter. When I contacted Hello Baby to explain that we had a missing part they responded immediately. I was looked after by Fred who resolved the issue quickly, kept me informed of the progress, checked I was happy and also sent an extra little gift for the inconvenience. Very good costumer service.
