I purchased this baby monitor hoping it would give me peace of mind, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. After just a short period of use, the monitor stopped working and will no longer take a charge, rendering it completely useless.What’s worse is the appalling customer service I encountered when trying to resolve the issue. Despite reaching out multiple times, the company refused to do anything to help, leaving me stuck with a broken product.I expected much better quality and support, especially for something as important as a baby monitor. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.
