HelloFresh has been great these past few weeks, but I’ve been really disappointed with the delivery service. Despite clear instructions to deliver to the receptionist, the driver has recently been leaving the box at the front door of the building instead of bringing it to our unit.
I work on the third floor but have a main floor office designator specifically for deliveries. Leaving the box unattended at the entrance means it could easily be taken. Previously, all of my deliveries were brought directly to reception, but over the past two weeks they’ve been left outside.
This is frustrating, as it feels like the delivery instructions are being ignored. A stolen package would leave me without food for the week and stuck waiting on a refund due to a delivery issue, which is not something I’m willing to deal with.
If this happens again, I will be cancelling my subscription and switching to Chef’s Plate.
