This my 2nd Post.
First Post:
I canceled my subscription on Saturday March 21, there was no email to confirm my order on Sunday March 22.
Monday March 23 I get an email stating my order was on the way. I called customer support to be told the order was already being shipped and there was nothing they could do, he came back on to say the order was canceled. I called back to ask about about why there was no refund, they said they would refund and cancel the order. None of this happened. The order is going to my house, I am away for 3 weeks, the order will sit on my deck for three weeks until I get back. Today I was told there was no record of this. Plane and simple, they lied to me on three different times in three days.
Horrible to sit and talk to someone and ask them if they think I am lying. No response.
Hello Fresh responded and indicated a follow up, that never happened.
Before posting this with my last conversation with customer servie I requested to escale this. I did receive an email from Rhea/Supervisor, same ridiculous scripted response as my phone conversations.
I responded with the facts, with no response.
The delivery did not show up on Thursday ( I had someone there for 3 hrs waiting for it), it came on Friday, I had to have them come back a 2nd time. Travel for them was 45 min each way. The box was donated.
The first 2 people said it was canceled.
In Rhea's response she offered a $40. refund of a $100 order, that has not happened either.
I sent a second email to Rhea, letting Hello Fresh know that refund amount is not acceptable.
This process has been ridiculous, they are clearly not a customer oriented company.
