Customer support was unhelpful, merely repeating that the boxes were delivered and not acknowledging that I didn’t agree to reactivate. Be cautious with their offers and avoid linking your credit card, as they won’t notify you if you accidentally reactivate. After a lengthy call, they finally issued a refund for the undelivered box, but I still have to pay for an unauthorized order arriving soon. The customer service experience was quite frustrating and the reordering process feels misleading.
