This is my first time subscribing to HelloFresh. My first box had a shipping problem. Delivery was originally scheduled for Tuesday morning between 10:30 and 11:30. However, a message was sent at 09:00 on Tuesday morning stating that delivery could not be made today due to some unforeseen circumstances. At 3 PM, I received a message saying the delivery time would be changed to Wednesday, 10:30-11:30 AM. However, it was already 11:30 AM on Wednesday and I still hadn't received any message or my box. I logged into my account but it showed that the box had arrived at 10:30 AM on Tuesday. I tried using online chat, but the system kept redirecting me to the arrival page. In the end, I had to find customer service to figure out where my box was. The phone customer service said the box is still in transit and hasn't arrived yet. The system shows it will arrive at 6:00 PM today. I told them my account shows it arrived yesterday, so there's a problem with their system. The delivery time is different from what the system shows. How can I schedule my time? The first box is already having problems. I don't want to waste my time, so I'm canceling my subscription. Bye HelloFresh.
