I've heard great things about the food, but I guess I'll never find out for myself.
A friend sent me a code to get my first box free, but when I set up my new account the website denied that it was new and wouldn't let my code go through.
Talked to customer support who confirmed that I was absolutely eligible for the promotion. They had me set up ANOTHER account with a different email, and finally suggested that I use incognito mode. Same result.
Finally they said they would get their tech team to look into the problem and promised to email me within 24-48 hours. I never heard back.
If I ever hear back and they make it right, I would love to try their service and will update this review.
