Hello Fresh meals are terrific. They are clear. Easy to prepare. Taste great. However, getting the meals to you on time appears to be very difficult to impossible. Their customer service is in the Philippines. They can’t really do anything. Right now we have meals that were due Tuesday. It’s Wednesday they haven’t even shipped yet. This is the second week in a row they missed the deadline. Their idea of addressing the issue is $5 off. It may, or may not be here Thursday and I doubt the fresh produce will survive. So who knows how they will address $100 of food going bad.
