I started hellofresh in 2019 and today I canceled. The last few months most of my boxes have been late but today was the last straw. My delivery is supposed to be on Monday and I expected it to be late because of the storm but it's Wednesday and after zero communication I reached out to them. Customer service said it was "voided" and she could give me a refund because it was never coming
That's nice charge me for nothing until I complain to get my money back. Charged my credit card on time, every time. After 7 years I'm out.
