My first order never arrived at all. After contacting customer service and trying again, the second order finally showed up — but it was delivered late, the coolant packs were completely melted, and the meat was warm and clearly unsafe to use. I had to throw everything away.
This was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. On top of that, customer service was not helpful and did not resolve the issue in a satisfactory way.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I expected reliable delivery and safe food handling, and unfortunately, HelloFresh did not meet even the basic expectations. I will not be ordering again.
