My last two orders were never delivered, and there was a lack of communication from the company. I had to call them to learn that my deliveries wouldn't arrive. I did receive a €10 credit for the first undelivered order, but the next order also didn't arrive, and the credit was not applied again, meaning I only received compensation for one order.
