Cell service is okay, running off T-Mobile towers. I do notice some areas with lost signal or dropping from 5G to LTE. If you have a paid subscription and hope to earn credits with your activity, you won't receive them without disabling and reactivating the mapping daily. I've been with them for over a year, and this has been a persistent issue. They have access to your phone's data, but you will earn nothing. Customer support has you go through various troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains unresolved. There's no credit for your activity, even with proof. They even claim mapping won't work if someone else has already mapped the area, which is misleading. I drive the same route daily. Unless I disable and re-enable mapping, I receive no credit. My location stays on 24/7 for my job, so that's not the problem. Overall, poor mapping and customer service.
