They also claimed I would be reimbursed for my unused months, but that isn't happening. I recommend avoiding this service.

To my surprise, someone called back within minutes, quickly provided a new eSIM activation link (even allowed me to type my email in the chat for immediate delivery), advised me to screenshot the QR code for future use, and arranged for a free physical SIM to be sent as a backup. The representative was incredibly kind and efficient throughout the interaction. Although official support hours are 8 AM-7 PM PT, the person who assisted me overnight truly made a difference. More companies could benefit from this kind of quiet superhero energy. It felt like sending up a bat signal. Thanks to the service!

Cell service is okay, running off T-Mobile towers. I do notice some areas with lost signal or dropping from 5G to LTE. If you have a paid subscription and hope to earn credits with your activity, you won't receive them without disabling and reactivating the mapping daily. I've been with them for over a year, and this has been a persistent issue. They have access to your phone's data, but you will earn nothing. Customer support has you go through various troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains unresolved. There's no credit for your activity, even with proof. They even claim mapping won't work if someone else has already mapped the area, which is misleading. I drive the same route daily. Unless I disable and re-enable mapping, I receive no credit. My location stays on 24/7 for my job, so that's not the problem. Overall, poor mapping and customer service.
My one-month trip in the U.S. with the service was fantastic. I had reliable, fast 5G data. Even after reaching the 30GB cap, the throttled speed was sufficient for essentials like maps, email, and even videos in 720p. Best of all, the rewards I earned completely covered the plan cost.
