Yikes. Originally joined because someone sent me the referral link. I convinced over 10 people to sign up believing that the referral system was legit. Customer service told me to wait 30 days and then I could redeem the cloud points. After 30 days a new person said wait either 60 or 90 days, "Sorry, we changed the rules." What a shady group to not honor the things they say and furthermore no apology or anything. Just brush the customer to the side and pretend you don't owe any money. Obviously can't post pictures here but believe me all of the conversations were saved on my end and they'll be a part of the reviews across every social media site. Only $70 in gift cards and they tried to slight me over that? As I said in the beginning, yikes! I'll spread the experience as well as if not better than I spread the referrals to this scam company the first go around.
