If I could give zero stars, I would. My mom works her ass off every single day for her money, and this company treated it like a joke. We waited over TWO MONTHS for silver and moissanite rings that they claimed were being "hand-made." That is a lie—they have millions of these sitting in a warehouse and they just make you wait with scripted excuses.I am a child of God and I try to be a good person, but I had to go to war with this company just to get what we paid for. It wasn't until I stood my ground and threatened a legal battle and a bank chargeback that they finally got scared and shipped the order. They don't care about you, they don't care about kids spending their Christmas money, and they don't care about mothers working hard to buy a gift.They are a wall. They will ignore you and give you the runaround until you hit them where it hurts. If you want to protect your family and your money, STAY AWAY. Don't let them steal from you like they tried to do to us.
