I ordered items and noticed the 1+1 did not go off. I DIRRECTLY Send them an message to cancel the order (as this is the only way to cancel it) and the first 3 times they offered to pay the different of the 1+1, wich is good right, only the FIRST TIME I said I want to cancel it and do it myself since i desided to add some things to my order myself. They keep being difficult and I have been sending messagges to cancel it and still the keep NOT canceling it. Now i got the reply that 'after the payement goes through, they can not cancel it only give a 30% discount on next purchage or 8% refung on items i ordered.' ARE YOU FCKN KIDDING ME?! 1 the payement did not go through yet (paypal) and 2nd THIS is the reason they are being so difficult to just cancel the order as i asked from the beginning in the hope the payement goes through to then come with this b*llsh*t. Now I am pissed to see their true colours. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT OUT FOR COSTUME SATISFACTION, THE ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!
I really had trouble, buy one get one free was advertised, use code free, was not excepted, if I get my order and there isn't 2 rings in the box,I will return it,buy two pay for one, lii see.

Everything is seamless. There are videos people, videos to see the piece you're eyeing in action. Checking out is pretty great as well. You have options on how you want to pay. Helloice had very nice jewelry.

This site is a complete scam! The items I received look nothing like the posted items. I was told “no worries, we offer a 30 day return.” Tried to initiate a return, got a response asking for photos. Sent photos. Received a response saying they could give me 40% off my next purchase. I declined and said I will not be making any future purchases. They then offered a $40 refund on a $200 order. Again, I declined. They said I would have to pay shipping and duty fees, which “would exceed the cost of the items”. I repeated that I would like the return info. No response since. SCAM!
