I received a damaged chain and emailed them within hours of receiving it and added pictures. They responded a few days later and told me to pay $49 for a new chain even though I paid $170 and got a damaged chain. It takes them days to respond and this has still not been resolved. When this happens make sure you request a charge back from your card company.
