Apartment was thoughtfully setup. Had all the furniture and necessities needed. All the kitchen necessaries were provided- coffee maker a few coffee pods dishes pots and pans and even baking equipment. A lot of thought had been given to all the basics you needed for first few days when you move into an apartment . Small bottles of shampoo conditioner, soaps, dishwasher liquid one paper towel roll toilet papers few washer drier pods and sheets everything you can think of which you would need in first few days. I rented for two months and arrived mid-week and didn’t have time to go shopping until weekend so these little touches helped me tremendously. Additionally anytime I called them for a question or extend my stay, or even shorten my stay they would pick up the call right away anytime of day or night I would get to a polite and caring human agent - no waiting in a queue no IVRs to navigate. They were professional and really cared about what I needed and that was priceless for me. Thank you for an amazing experience.
