Laura was the General Manager assigned to our Tempe AZ landing. She was great. She assisted us with the latch key app and walking us through the mail n parcel system. She assisted with various requests through the visit. The property was fantastic. It was located on the 6th floor with 6 wall length windows with great city views. The furniture and decor was new and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms were very attractive. The property had a pool, hot tub, gym and club areas. I really like knowing that similar properties are available in different cities and states. I am excited about using landing again when I visit Portland, OR!
I recently had a small booking issue which would leave me without a place for a day. I want to say thankyou to Aphiena who’s the manager of Miami area. She personally took care of that by working around my departure date when she really didn’t have to. This was super helpful and exactly the type of care I’ve grown to appreciate about Landing. As a member for over a year and a half I’m really happy to be.
Vivian truly made my stay feel welcoming, effortless, and purposeful! The handwritten note was a lovely touch that made me feel at home and included essential details like the wifi password. Everything was organized beautifully, and the blow dryer was incredibly helpful! The welcome packet included coffee pods, which was perfect for settling in on my first evening without the hassle of searching for coffee nearby! A fantastic experience all around!
As a woman traveling alone for work, I tend to question everything and everyone, hoping not to offend anyone as a safety measure. The representatives I've interacted with have been incredibly helpful and supportive, which has significantly eased my anxiety as they explained everything to me. Their calm demeanor is reassuring. One representative, in particular, was fantastic—understanding and compassionate, sharing a few laughs with me. Another representative who assisted me with my booking was equally helpful, providing all the necessary information to ensure I felt safe moving forward. I confidently recommend this service to others, giving it a perfect score!
Apartment was thoughtfully setup. Had all the furniture and necessities needed. All the kitchen necessaries were provided- coffee maker a few coffee pods dishes pots and pans and even baking equipment. A lot of thought had been given to all the basics you needed for first few days when you move into an apartment . Small bottles of shampoo conditioner, soaps, dishwasher liquid one paper towel roll toilet papers few washer drier pods and sheets everything you can think of which you would need in first few days. I rented for two months and arrived mid-week and didn’t have time to go shopping until weekend so these little touches helped me tremendously. Additionally anytime I called them for a question or extend my stay, or even shorten my stay they would pick up the call right away anytime of day or night I would get to a polite and caring human agent - no waiting in a queue no IVRs to navigate. They were professional and really cared about what I needed and that was priceless for me. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Great service if your job requires travel or relocation. Having fully furnished apartments at a locked-in rate has made moving around so much easier. You do need to be flexible with the standby option, but it’s been worth it for me. Just check which cities they operate in to make sure it fits your needs. Overall, it’s been a great experience.
