100 percent truthful here .I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Hello Mello, a company that I believe prioritises profits over patient care and well-being. After two years of engagement with them, I have witnessed a consistent lack of compassion and transparency.Key concerns and issues:- Misleading online questionnaire: The company's online questionnaire is allegedly used to discharge patients who provide feedback that may negatively impact their reputation. The day after I did it they pressured me, saying I was abusing the system. But I had not. They are.- well below average products and storage conditions: Hello Mello's partner pharmacy sends out products in extreme temperatures, which can destroy the product's effectiveness and quality. They don't care either. They have no solution to keeping it in perfect condition.- Lack of accountability and poor customer service: The company fails to address customer concerns, blaming patients for issues that arise from their own negligence.- Unprofessional behavior and dishonesty: I have experienced dishonesty and unprofessional behavior from Hello Mello's representatives, including Monica.- Financial discrepancies: I am still owed a refund of $75, which the company has refused to provide.- Risk of receiving incorrect or missing medication: There is a risk of receiving incorrect or missing medication, which can have serious consequences for patients.I strongly advise caution when dealing with Hello Mello and recommend exploring alternative options, such as Dispensd. It is essential to prioritize patient care and well-being over profits.******************************************** Do not do the online questionnaire,********************************************they say nothing will come from it. I can tell you the questionaire is a way for them to discharge you like a piece of crap , I hope APHRA sort them out. .I know they are not doing well. Because they let their partner pharmacy send out crap products and in hot extreme conditions and they don't care at all. They say on big stickers on the box "Keep the product at or under 25deg."But the postal van was baking hot and the postal guy said it had been in the car all day at 50-70 degrees. Becareful they don't send you an empty box with no medcication in them. It's an expensive empty box you'll pay for. Video tape all opening of your products/deliveries from these people esp dukasa pharmacy. I know.
