Their platform has critical errors that make prenups unenforceable. Despite presenting their platform as "collaborative," when both parties choose different answers to a majority of significant decisions —such as property, business ownership, assets, etc. —the platform does not notify you that alignment was not met. Further, their automatic default to property exclusion runs contrary to California law, casting doubt on its basic enforceability. I recommend staying far away from this pretty but terrible platform.
