We needed to change attorneys during the process, encountered some difficulties with external representation and notarization logistics, and the timeline became a bit stressful as our wedding date loomed. She stepped in, listened attentively, and addressed the situation with empathy, professionalism, and genuine commitment. We expected to sign our prenup before our wedding date, unfortunately the Attorneys did NOT do their job, had so many errors on finances on the final draft we were meant to have notarized that!When we NOTIFIED the attorneys, JENNIFER NEELEY (who had inappropriately threatened to quit with me three times) fired herself when she was told the final draft was actually wrong. Putting a HUGE STRAIN on our wedding!So UNPROFESSIONAL!Save your money and do not use this site or hire this attorney!
Their platform has critical errors that make prenups unenforceable. Despite presenting their platform as "collaborative," when both parties choose different answers to a majority of significant decisions —such as property, business ownership, assets, etc. —the platform does not notify you that alignment was not met. Further, their automatic default to property exclusion runs contrary to California law, casting doubt on its basic enforceability. I recommend staying far away from this pretty but terrible platform.

Overall experience was good, however, the online notarization process was a mess as the service did not allow my fiancé to verify her identify as she did not have a SSN or ITIN. No where was that disclosed ahead of time so we were left scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement notary which caused a lot of unneeded last minute stress and anxiety as to whether we would be able to get it completed. They did refund us the money for it which was good but they need to do a better job of disclosing that it doesn't work for foreigners.
