Overall experience was good, however, the online notarization process was a mess as the service did not allow my fiancé to verify her identify as she did not have a SSN or ITIN. No where was that disclosed ahead of time so we were left scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement notary which caused a lot of unneeded last minute stress and anxiety as to whether we would be able to get it completed. They did refund us the money for it which was good but they need to do a better job of disclosing that it doesn't work for foreigners.
