We purchased a new car insurance policy with this service. We chose monthly payments but soon received a notification from the company about a commission payment. Although we were informed about a 14-day cooling-off period, they insisted on canceling the policy and taking a £30 fee. We ended up paying £47 but were refunded only £9. The cooling-off period seemed ignored as they were more focused on taking our money. Clearly, a group that does not follow legal standards. My recommendation - avoid this service, they are untrustworthy.
