Well be sure to take your car after the accident to your chosen garage or you will get it back with a lot of damage from the recommended one by them and the only one thing they will tell you it wasn’t part of accident and didn’t have to tell you - even if you got your car back with engine light on! And what I found out after 2 weeks I had a hole in exhaust pipe in a diesel car and i should have been informed about it straight away! Not being sent to Mercedes for them to find it! Rather helping you as their customer they take the side of the garage who breached Customer Rights Act 2015. They have a duty of care to report any dangerous defects found during inspection.
Hope they will handle the rest of my claim better way so I will add one star for that.
