I've been with this company for about 4 years now and things have been touch and go. When it comes to small issues like a toilet leak or a replacement of a garbage disposal...it's done with no problem. But I had an issue with my furnace and now my refrigerator. They went back and forth with my furnace for MONTHS! They kept sending different service providers to attempt to fix it instead of declaring it unrepairable. After about 4-5 months they finally did and sent a minimal check. I had to buy a new unit and was required to pay the remainder that the check didn't cover.------------------------------Now I'm dealing with a situation with my refrigerator. It went out in June of 2025. A service provider came by and "repaired" it. However, it stopped working again, Nov. 2025 and instead of simply replacing it, they want to take me on this merry-go round again! Here I am again, having to throw out all of my food because I've had to wait for them to address this. They need to stop being cheap and do what they claim. I pray I don't have to go through this situation repeatedly before they do what they need to do, which is help me REPLACE my refrigerator. Stop putting bandaids on bullet wounds.
